Since 2002, I’ve worked as a Behavioural Consultant and Counsellor, helping my clients find their optimal wellness through developing a deeper understanding of their habits and lifestyle choices. As a certified Intuitive Transformation Life Coach, I now work with burnt out Moms, and more exclusively, burnt out single Moms, with the aim to reach self mastery through self discovery, empowering them to build confidence in themselves, love themselves, trust their intuition, embrace their gifts and embrace their purpose in life. Mothers, it’s time to start nurturing your body and soul again.

This is a sacred journey to reconnect to what feels separate from the heart, with that which is yours to hold in sacred Truth of your Knowings and your medicine.
Enter this deep initiation path as you release the lies, untruths and shame that you have been persecuted with in your Divine Womanhood.
Whatever you focus on right now, your thoughts, your words, your actions, whether they are positive or negative, will be amplified.
Over the course of seven sacred days, you will be guided on the path of a sacred initiation led in the energy of Mary Magdelene. This path includes meditations, channeling sessions, personal and group clearings in the Akashic Records, storytelling, breathwork, ecstatic dance, many opportunities to connect with sacred sites and the lands, and guidance into a loving portal into the Way of Love.
THE ITINERARY
Day 1 (September 27): Arrival
It is recommended to fly in to Montpellier, Nimes or Marseille airports. For the recommended flights, a shuttle service is available for a fee. Travelling by car or renting your own transport from the airport is also possible. Flying in the day before is recommended so you can get to the estate to settle in and ready yourself for the Opening Circle.
We gather for the Opening Circle at 4pm to meet each other as we break bread for the first time.
Day 2 (September 28): We gather in Sisterhood for a light breakfast before travelling to Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, the Sacred Site where Mary Magdelene is said to have arrived by boat to start her journey to the Grotto. We will visit the Church of the Saintes Maries de la Mer, a picturesque Romanesque fortress-church, is known in France for the celebrations it holds for each Mary's feast.
Day 3 (September 29): We gather in Sisterhood for a slow morning and breakfast. In the late morning we will have an honouring in the White Rose Tea Ceremony. After the ceremony, we will have a light lunch and the rest of the afternoon is yours to be present in reflection and/or explore to the beach nearby or on the villa grounds. We will gather for a nourishing dinner in sisterhood to end the evening.
Day 4 (September 30): We will start the morning off with a meditation and light breakfast, before travelling to Pic De Bugarach, where legend says Mary Magdalene did rituals on top of the mountain, near the ley line, a source of an inner-dimensional consciousness. Some locals and new age community members claim The Pic is a Stargate; we will be hiking to the mountain top and have a short ceremony in honour of the Divine Feminine. We will return to the estate to prepare to gather for dinner in Sisterhood.
Day 5 (October 1): The morning starts slow with meditation and a light breakfast in Sisterhood. The rest of the morning is free for reflection, rest, rejuvenation and enjoy the nearby beaches as a group or explore on your own until afternoon when we will gather together in Sisterhood for a Pink Rose Ceremony in the gardens in the late afternoon and then feast together in sovereignty.
Day 6 (Friday, October 2): Feast Day! We will share an early breakfast in Sisterhood, and afterwards will visit La Sainte-Baume in Provence, also known as the Grotto or The Caves, where Mary Magdelene spent the last decades of her life. This is a hike into the Sacred Site, and once there, the sisters are free to connect in self-reflection or as a group. We will then enjoy a lunch in on the site. We will return to the villa with space to get ready for our Feast in Sisterhood for the Last Supper, and close out the evening in meditation and reflection.
Day 7 (October 3): Travel DayWe will gather for a morning meditation and the Sisters will prepare for the Red Rose Initiation Ceremony and Closing Circle, followed with a beautiful brunch. You will then prepare for your journey home.If you booked the shuttle service, you will be taken to the airport or station on time. You may also stay on site for an extra night if you wish, this can be pre-arranged. You will return home with a heart full of precious memories.

How I Began and Where I’m Headed
It is my soul’s purpose to enlighten, empower, educate and inspire you to reconnect and remember who you truly are.
Why does it come natural to me to help these women gain clarity in their life’s purpose to live authentically, stepping into the powerful leaders that they truly are to become magnetic conscious creators of their lives?
Because I lived through it all too. I handed in my resignation to my lucrative career, burnt out, exhausted and ready to give up on life, 5 days after I was awarded the employee of the year designation. I packed everything up, left the city I was living in, and moved “back home” to the country “to find myself”. I knew there was something more. And luckily, I was able to find my hidden soul under all of the layers of shame, blame, and guilt from my childhood traumas in the middle of addiction, abuse and mental illness, a long line of unhealthy and toxic friendships and romantic relationships and of being a single mom for 8 years.
Lots has changed since that burn out. I moved back to my city. I retired from my career. I forgave myself and others for the pain I felt. I remembered who I was.
I have always had my intuitive gifts, however, I didn’t step into the deep connection and power of them until the last few years, after I started to peel back all of my layers of proving myself to the world (and mostly my parents!), showing everybody that I could DO anything, even if I was that poor, lonely, exhausted, overwhelmed single mom. What I discovered was that I still didn’t have to prove anything, because just as long as I showed up as my authentic self, I was BEING everything I ever needed to be.
I use my background in psychology, my 13 years of experience as a single Mom, neuroscience, and a plethora of spiritual gifts and tools to support you when you invest in yourself and choose to work with me.
